In two additional semesters (60 ECTS), students gain fundamental knowledge about the micro and macro structure of the industry. The management of food and beverage organizations are studied both in theory and in practice. Courses in Culinary Theory and Practice, Restaurant and Service Management as well as Rooms Division Management provide students with necessary professional skills and expertise to successfully engage in professional practice.
